Medication Refills and Renewals-One Time- Emergency Refill

 One-time emergency medication renewal allows you to refill a 30 or 90-day prescription once a year  as long as the prescriptions each meet our guidelines.

These include prescriptions that many people use daily such as:

  • Birth control
  • Blood pressure medications
  • Cholesterol-lowering drugs
  • Diabetes medications
  • Insulin


Medications That May Not Qualify To Be Refilled

 

  • A daily medication that was last used 45 days or more before your visit
  • A prescription from a provider whom you’ve not seen for the past 15 months
  • A prescription with remaining refills
  • Narcotics or pain medications
  • Some migraine or other episodic condition medications
